RUN FROM THE RUT

Fitness routines. That’s what it’s all about: our goals, our plans, our schedules. But sometimes maybe we let our routines get a little, well, routine. Running, working out, is a great weapon to combat some of the more stifling aspects of our workaday lives. But sometimes our workouts can feel workaday, too. Break things up. Keep it fresh. Think “fitness adventures” the next time you lace up and head out the door. Take a different route, go at a different time, undertake a new challenge. Run away from the rut!
